Pork Neck Roast

For a sticky, Eastern-style Pork neck roast remove from oven 15 minutes before end of cooking time and pour over some SPAR Sweet Chilli Sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and return to the oven for remainder of cooking time. Serve with fresh coriander.

Oven Bake

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Place neck roast onto a greased oven tray and place in oven. Cook for 60 minutes, until golden brown in colour, and the roast has reached a core temperature of 75 °C. Remove from oven and allow to rest before serving.

Air Fryer

Place neck roast into air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 180 °C. Cook for 45 minutes, until golden brown in colour, and the roast has reached a core temperature of 75 °C. Remove from the air fryer and allow to rest before serving.
