Core and slice an apple. Arrange in a greased roasting pan. Place the neck steaks on top. Spread with seeded mustard and drizzle with honey. Bake at 180° C for 15 – 20 minutes until cooked through.
Preheat oven to 210 °C. Grease baking sheet with a small amount of cooking oil and cook the neck steak for approximately 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Grease frying pan with a small amount of cooking oil and fry on medium heat for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Arrange on a greased oven tray and place on a rack in the middle of a 180 °C preheated oven for 25 minutes. Turn and bake for a further 10 - 15 minutes until steaks are cooked and fat is crispy.
