Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 slices of SPAR Bakery white bread
  • 60g SPAR butter, softened
  • 60g SPAR cream cheese, softened
  • 40g SPAR icing sugar, sieved
  • Sprinkles of your choice or hundreds and thousands, for decoration

Recipe Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, cream cheese, and icing sugar until well combined.
  2. Toast the slices of white bread until lightly golden brown.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the butter and cream cheese mixture onto each slice of toast, carefully spreading the mixture to the edges of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of sprinkles or hundreds and thousands over the top of the butter and cream cheese mixture.
  5. Using a sharp bread knife, cut each slice of toast into four small triangles.
  6. Serve the colourful treats on a platter or individual plates.
